Reservations
A reservation becomes confirmed only after successful advance payment. Pending bookings and expired seat holds do not guarantee travel.
Fares and balances
The displayed online amount is the seat advance. The remaining balance is payable to authorised staff when boarding and is not collected online.
Passenger information
Passengers must provide accurate contact and identity information. Savannah Travels may request reasonable identification before boarding.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund eligibility is reviewed by staff. Gateway refunds are not automatic and may require processing time.
Travel operations
Departure and arrival times can be affected by traffic, weather, safety requirements, and operational conditions.
Ticket use
QR tickets are valid only for the named booking and scheduled trip. Cancelled, altered, or previously boarded tickets cannot be reused.
