How much do I pay online?
The advance is LKR 500 per selected seat. The remaining LKR 1,725 per seat is paid when boarding.
How many seats can I book?
A booking can include between one and six seats.
How long is my seat held?
Selected seats are held for 10 minutes while you complete passenger details and payment.
How do I board?
Open the QR ticket issued after successful advance payment and show it to Savannah staff.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Contact the booking team as early as possible. Cancellation eligibility depends on the trip and operational status.
