Payments
Card or wallet credentials are handled by the selected payment provider. Savannah Travels stores transaction references and status, not full card details.
Access and security
Operational data is restricted to authorised staff roles. Administrative actions are logged for safety and accountability.
Retention and requests
Records are retained where needed for travel operations, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Contact Savannah Travels regarding an information request.
Third parties
Supabase, hosting, payment, and messaging providers process only the information required to deliver their respective services.
